The Dean River (Christensen) Ranch is comprised of the former Clesspocket Ranch and the Lee Ranch and includes 1,452 acres of deeded land in 13 titles, 1,371 acres of Grazing Leases and a Range Permit for 200 head**. With the ability to graze 200 head on the Crown Range and utilizing grazing on both the deeded land and the Grazing Lease we believe the ranch should support a cow calf operation between 300 and 350 head.
